GPS Education Partners offers technical education and youth apprenticeships while you are in your junior and/or senior years of high school. You can jumpstart your career through work-based learning, spending part of the day in a classroom setting at our education center and the other part of your day working directly with a business partner. You’ll learn self-awareness, decision-making skills, self-management and team work. You’ll have opportunities to demonstrate these skills in your apprenticeship placement, as well as in the community, by participating in service learning projects.

Beyond Youth Apprenticeship
GPS Education Partners is certified by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development so you’ll graduate with a youth apprenticeship certificate. You will also have the opportunity to earn a certified production technician designation from the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council. All graduates earn a high school diploma from their home high school. Students are compensated for their work experience and your improved performance results directly in increased pay. Exposure pathway salaries begin at $8.25 per hour, Experience pathway salaries begin at $9.50 per hour and Credentialed pathway begins at $12.50 per hour.
